The Organic’s Best Rewards Club is our free loyalty program for families who shop with us. Every time you stock up on your favorite European baby formula or food, you earn rewards. The more you shop, the more perks you unlock, making your feeding journey simpler and more rewarding.

All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an Organic’s Best account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program so you can start earning points immediately.

The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by completing achievements and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!

Your tier is based on whether you have an active formula subscription or not. If you’re shopping with one-time purchases, you’ll be part of our Club Member tier. If you have an active formula subscription, you’ll be placed in our higher VIP Subscriber tier, where you earn double the points on every subscription order. It’s an easy way to get more back on the essentials you’re already buying.

Your tier status is not permanent and will update automatically based on your subscription status. As long as you have an active formula subscription, you’ll remain a VIP Subscriber. If you only ever make one-time purchases or cancel your formula subscription, you’ll move into the Club Member tier.

Earning points is simple. Every time you shop, you’ll earn points based on your tier. Club Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, while VIP Subscribers earn 2 points per $1 on subscription orders. Your points can be redeemed for reward dollars on future purchases. You can also earn additional points by completing simple actions, such as leaving a review or following us on social media. The more you engage and shop, the more rewards you unlock!

All purchases made on Organic’s Best Shop earn points. One-time purchases earn points at the standard rate, while subscription orders earn double points. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when you place your order so the points can be added automatically. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

Points aren’t just for discounts; they also unlock free goodies for your little one! You can redeem points for a HiPP formula container, a box of Holle cereal, and a set of 12 Holle baby food pouches. Earn enough points for each reward, and you’ll receive a coupon code to claim these free items at checkout.

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks as an easy way to earn more rewards while shopping for your baby. When you spend over $500 with Organic’s Best, place your third order with us (or have 3 subscription orders), or purchase one of our baby food items, you’ll earn points. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and how many points you'll receive once the achievement is unlocked!

Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account, so be sure to redeem them for baby formula, food, or free rewards before they go to waste. Every point counts!

How to Refer a Friend:

1. Share your unique referral link - Log in to your Organic’s Best account, go to our "Refer a Friend" form. Enter your friend’s email, then click "Submit" to email them their $40 off referral code. Alternatively, click "Copy Link" to share your referral link with a friend directly through your social media or messaging apps.

If you’re not logged in to your Organic’s Best account, make sure to enter your own email in the "Refer a Friend" form before sending the referral so we know who made the referral and can reward you accordingly!

2. Your friend makes their first purchase - When your friend opens your link, they’ll receive their $40 off referral code for their first purchase. They must use this code at checkout to claim their discount.

3. You both get rewarded - Your friend will get $40 off their first purchase, and once their order successfully goes through, you will receive an email with your $40 discount code. If this is your first referral, you will also earn +120 reward points.

4. Refer again - Keep sharing with new friends! You’ll earn a $40 discount for every successful referral.

Conditions:

Referrals are not valid for existing Organic’s Best customers, duplicate accounts, or friends who share the same household address. We reserve the right to decline any referral that does not meet these conditions. The +120 reward points are a one-time bonus, awarded only after your first successful referral.
