So why goat's milk? To put it simply, many babies thrive on goat milk-based formula because of the protein structure, which is different from cow's milk and easier to digest.

This is because goat milk naturally contains only A2 beta-casein proteins, unlike cow's milk, which has a mix of A1 and A2. Research suggests that A2 proteins form softer curds in the stomach, making them easier to digest and potentially reducing gas and discomfort while encouraging healthy bowel movements.
