As of August 29th, the U.S. has imposed tariffs on European imports, meaning all parcels entering the U.S. from Europe, not just ours, are now subject to customs inspection and duty fee compliance. Unfortunately, this has created a backlog of unprocessed parcels, unpredictable clearance times, and major delivery delays.
Organic’s Best orders are currently arriving in approximately 6–10 business days, instead of our usual 2–5 business days. While this is beyond our control, please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to minimize delays and keep your orders moving.
We understand how important your little one’s nutrition is and how stressful delays can be, so we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Our warehouse team is carefully spacing out shipments to match carriers' limited capacity to accept parcels and also reduce the risk of packages being held up at customs.
Our customer care team is working extended hours to submit all required customs compliance information for your shipments.
If a carrier contacts you for information about your order, please forward the message to us at support@organicsbestshop.com instead of replying yourself. Since we’re already providing the necessary details, this prevents duplicate responses and helps your order clear faster.
During this time, we highly encourage you to stay prepared by ordering extra formula and placing your order further in advance than usual. This will help ensure your little one’s nutrition is covered, even while shipments take longer to clear.
