One box of HiPP UK 3 makes approximately 200 fluid ounces of prepared formula, which would be equivalent to 40 bottles of 5 ounces.
HiPP expiration dates follow the European format of DD/MM/YYYY.

▼ Preparation

1.

To open: Remove the tamper-proof clip and safely dispose. Open the lid and remove the scoop held inside the lid. Slowly pull back the foil seal using the tab.

2.

To close: Push the lid down until you hear the click.

3.

Wash hands and all equipment well.

4.

Boil 1 litre of freshly run water and leave to cool for no longer than 30 minutes. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.

5.

Measure the required amount of water into a beaker (referring to the Feeding Guide).

6.

Using the scoop provided add the correct number of scoops of powder – 1 level scoop of powder to each fluid ounce of water (approx. 30 ml). Level off the powder using the scoop leveller. Do not press the powder.

7.

Place the cap on the beaker and shake well until all the powder has dissolved (approx. 15 seconds).

8.

Cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C) by holding the beaker under cold running water and feed immediately. ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding.

Important Notes

-Please follow preparation and feeding instructions carefully; failure to do so may make your baby ill, as powdered milks are not sterile.

-Only use the scoop provided in the pack.

-Always freshly prepare feeds and use them immediately.

-For hygiene reasons, do not prepare in advance and throw away unfinished feeds within 2 hours.

-Do not heat feeds in the microwave; hot spots may occur, which could cause scalding.

-Never leave your baby alone during feeding.

-Introduce a cup as soon as possible to prevent prolonged/frequent contact of teeth with milk feeds, as this may increase the risk of tooth decay.

-Please clean your baby’s teeth regularly once they appear.

-Store in a cool, dry place -- Do not refrigerate

-Use the tin within 3 weeks of opening.
